Reflections of A'SPE Magazine
By: Natascha Sherrod
The A'SPE team started the 2011 year out with a huge bang; by organizing and launching an "A'SPE Brunch". This brought business owners and potential advertisers together to offer a chance to uniquely build and brand their businesses.
Our philosophy is not just to get a group of businesses together for the purpose of networking; but more so to build relationships that will result in profitability for all businesses.
Throughout the year we continued to attend community events, connect with smaller businesses and provide imperative information and resources to the community. Our hone for success keeps our team reflecting on the necessary transformations needed for company growth.
As our team maintained the strategy to develop thriving opportunities for business owners, we decided to celebrate with an "A'SPE Business Mixer" at "Marlee's Tapas". The evening was filled with the brilliant sounds of a live band, poetry, business talks, wine toasting, fresh hors d'oeuvre, delicious blended teas and dancing.
Reflections from 2011 reminded our team that there is more work to be done---realistically, as a team we understand that our individual contribution will facilitate goals for the company to become business partners, allowing us to maximize true potential for businesses while focusing on a lifestyle approach.

As a business owner, should we reflect on the past?
In my opinion, reflection means to be inspired to change and formulate new concepts for the future.
Before the year ended, we sprinkled a little cheer at our annual "A'SPE Christmas Event" to thank all of our supporters and spread the Holiday spirit. The beautiful decorations, exquisite food and the bartender set the mood right for a Joyous Holiday Party overflowing with A'SPE friends and family.
New Year has arrived and most of us have complicated our year with New Year's Resolution's. Are they realistic? Yes, it's very real to set goals, but it is stressful to set unrealistic heights to succeed. Some of us continue year after year to set resolutions that we know ourselves are not attainable. Instead, I encourage you to follow the A'SPE method -- reflect on the positive things that can be enhanced and release the negative force that may be hindering you from your destiny.
Looking ahead to 2012, A'SPE is focused on augmentation and becoming a household name. A'SPE team would like to wish our supporters a Happy New Year and words of wisdom to let your reflections be about commitment and change.
